1. What is the density of your tubes?

The density of our carbon fiber tubes ranges from 1.43 to 1.6 g/cm³ (1430–1600 kg/m³). This value corresponds to standard characteristics of high-quality carbon fiber reinforced plastic and indicates an optimal strength-to-weight ratio of the material.

2. What is the maximum load your tubes can withstand?

Example: cantilever carbon fiber tube 25×1 mm Test conditions: tube fixed at one end, cantilever length — 0.9 m, load applied to the free end. Result: the tube withstands loads up to 50 kg (≈490 N). Important: for safe operation, the recommended load should not exceed 20–25 kg (with a 2x safety factor).

Yes, we offer color options. The standard color is black (due to the carbon fiber and epoxy resin). Upon request, we can apply a decorative layer of colored fiberglass or film to the outer surface. This allows us to produce tubes in white, blue, red, or with a woven carbon texture featuring colored threads without compromising mechanical characteristics.

5. How does carbon fiber behave under prolonged vibrations and cyclic loads?

Carbon fiber demonstrates superior fatigue strength compared to most metals, especially at comparable weight.
Advantage: unlike metals (such as aluminum), which have a clear fatigue limit and accumulate damage under cyclic loads, carbon fiber, thanks to its fibrous structure, handles long-term loads significantly better.
